Message Pulling is done professionally with the method of welding pins into place and hammering/pulling the pins out to the specified dimensions... Some have posted pics of this method on the forum.

The guy that was going to do the rolling recommended taking my wheels to a machine shop and having them shave 1/8" to 1/4" off the back of wheel hub for a better tuck. Basically changing the offset to allow the wheel to sit in the well deeper.

The last alternative is what I originally had in mind which was actually removing forward facing fender material to provide a taller/larger diameter wheel well... removal by cutting appears to be the only method as the fender roller cant roll this material into the wheel well like I imagined.
